Michael Moore: Americans’ desire to own guns stems from racial fears


I wonder if during WWII Americans had the opportunity to watch Nazi propaganda film?  I think it would have made it easier for families who lost loved ones to accept and understand their sacrifice.

Someone I used to count as a friend made the statement "Most people who want guns are scared of black people breaking into their house."

My first thought was "Really? Does that include the black gun owners? Asians? Women? Or is that just an indictment of white males?"

Given that half the murder victims in this country are black and over 90% of them were murdered by blacks, I would say yes.
