I appreciate the effort, Rodger, but right now I am so angry about all the Sequestration BS being shoveled around. Even FOX News is talking about "who is to blame for these massive cuts". I want to know who to give credit to. I want to know who to thank for these piddly symbolic cuts which are better than nothing. I want to know why they aren't cutting more while crowing about how they are doing the right thing and saving the Nation. I want them to make actual cuts. Cuts as most Americans understand the term. Cuts where the Government actually spends less than it did last year. At the very least I want them to stop lying us when they know that we know they are lying to us. That's the thing that angers me the most.

Wait. That isn't the thing that angers me the most. It's when they lie to us when they know that we know they are lying to us and the Press goes right along with them. The Press is supposed to be on our side and almost never is - not even FOX News.

Foxnews is more on our side than any other and any help is welcome. The profligate spending by Barry and the boys is inexcusable and his insistance on more taxes excreble. He needs to be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail and and and .... I run out of breath thinking about all the bad things that should befall this commie monster. The funny thing about all of this is it was his idea!!! He minimizes that but, he cannot deny it. I want to see across the board cuts of at least 33% for every organization. I want some things done away with - Dept of Education(indoctrination),Energy(how to make sure we don't have any). Can any of you brilliant readers come up with some more?

Plenty more Bolivar, and with ease: the only departments that the federal government should have are those enumerated in the Constitution. AND that power of Congress to regulate interstate trade means only to normalize it, which was the original intent. Between them that cancels out about 80% of the federals. And that isn't even looking at trimming their staff or cutting the waste. Just cutting the feds down to what they ought to be. DHS? Gone. EPA? Gone. And so forth.

Exactly. You guys are right. The Sequestration is only bad for the ever-growing-government crowd. For red blooded American types it's pure goodness.
So how come FOX uses the same terms as the rest of the media? It's always, "Who is to blame?" Who's fault is the Sequester?" "Oh horrors! Look at all the piddly things the government won't be able to spend so much more on!" They never speak as if it is a good thing. That's my point. It is a very good thing. It's also a very small thing. $85 billion? Cripe. The President has spent more than that playing golf.
