Rodger, Rodger, Rodger. You are illustrating by personal example why Republicans never blow a chance to blow it. You naively think we can calmly and rationally explain gun control to the American people, while she is deliberately confusing issue. Which always gets the job done for her side.
So who exactly is being stupid here and never learns from it?
Here's how I do it: If we must abrogate civil rights to maintain law and order, amputate the dominant hand of every registered Democrat. Very soon we will have either no violent crime or no Democrats. Epic win either way. - 4/4/13, 3:13 PM

As much as I like the amputation thing, I'm afraid we'd never get all the surgery done under Obamacare.
How about this? Let's make it a felony for an elected official or government employee to make a statement that was provably false. The punishment would be expulsion from office. (OK, OK and 5 years in jail in a Supermax prison.)
First, there would be a huge flush of current members of the parasite class. Second, their successors would learn to STFU. - 4/4/13, 4:34 PM

Her staff doubled down.
DeGette’s spokeswoman Juliet Johnson issued a statement Wednesday, saying the congresswoman mispoke. “The Congresswoman has been working on a high-capacity assault magazine ban for years, and has been deeply involved in the issue; she simply misspoke in referring to ‘magazines’ when she should have referred to ‘clips,’ which cannot be reused because they don’t have a feeding mechanism,” Johnson said. - 4/4/13, 6:34 PM

When a Democrat publicly fumbles a concept, the excuse is, "She misspoke, what she meant was...." When Bush mangled just a word with a Texas dialect, "He was stupid and not qualified for office."
I want an amendment that requires all elected officials to be elected at large instead of by district. No more buying offices because it is so cheap to buy a district. Make them buy a city, a county, or a state and in the process of running around and appearing on local TV and Radio, get known despite cover from the media.
Do you know who(or what) represents your school district? - 4/4/13, 8:52 PM

It's a crying shame when someone is such a dumbass, they have to hire someone to tell them they're not a dumbass.

If only you could illustrate their complete ignorance about all things and their breathtaking stupidity in pretending to be absolute authorities on those same things, to the point of shameing them into silence...
Never mind, it'll never work. They're democrats, they have no shame.

Motion is made by the Gentleman from Greensboro to make false statements a felony. I'll second that motion. Thank You, Steve.
