Put Down the lot

Today's Best Put Down
Res Ipsa Loquitor

Res Ipsa Loquitor
Connecticut's "Mad Dogs" 1st district

While my memory is fallible,  I do seem to remember watching an episode of The Dog Whisperer when Cesar "there are no bad dogs" Millan: admitted that, sometimes, you do run across one that cannot be helped, and must be put down.  I was reminded of that by cuzzin ricky this morning -- "Another asshole that needs to be NOT re-elected.The asshole is Rep. John Larson (D., Conn.), He complains that “this is simply not fair!"

What's not fair Rep. Larson?

It's not fair that members of congress are saddled with the  inferior and expensive Obamacare.

"More to the point, why did Rep. Larson vote to impose on the country a health coverage system that is simply not fair?" asks Robert Book. Our brave new government dynamic suggests that any constituency who elected any democrat to office in the past five years are themselves mad dogs, and cannot be taught to reason.  They have to be put down. for the greater good, else this insanity will prevail. .

Sorry; I don't make the rules.

I guess I'm supposed to be disturbed, but I'm not. In fact, I'm quite comfortable with idea that being a politician leads to a madness that is beyond treatment, and requires the same strategy required for rabid dogs.

Hmm,
Darwin didn't address this (civilization and technology trump natural selection), and Intelligent Design doesn't seem to be a good explanation (although in all fairness, I wouldn't have expected either to anticipate the rise of congresscritters),
so I'm goin' with the wisdom of the Founding Fathers who did not give the FedGov any authority for health care in the Constitution.
Dang' those founder guys were smarter'n both Darwin aaand God.

More latitude should be given to bad dogs and less to bad politicians.

On the other hand, here's a dog story that will make you smile, the story of Sergeant Stubby:

Shamelessly borrowed from Tam at View From The Porch! :D
