You're right Vandy, I used to dick with everything, which caused me no end of trouble. But with it came an eventual thrill of getting the engine working again. But, no more. I want stuff that works the same way today as it did yesterday. The world was a better place when Windows 5 was ascendant; now Microsoft dicks with everything same as me, but they never fix it- just make it nastier.

My FF runs like a champ, but it's on a brand new desktop. I have briefly used Chrome elsewhere, but know that it reports directly to the Kremlin, NSA, and Demoncrat HQ, and I don't want those assholes enjoying the same porn as me.

Vandy- I have "Mac'd" up. after a fashion (iPad). And yes, I love the simplicity of it all.
