Strange things

   Did you know ..

Em craws is good, but takes too long to get a stomach full.  You know how Lousianans steam blue crabs?  They boil them.   Boil.  That just ain't right.

Well, yeah, we boil them live. That' makes 'em dead pretty quick. And tasty when you use seasoned water. We eat terrapin, too.

We steam them alive with a coating of tasty spices that transfer to every morsel. To die for. Those boiled things are tasteless, but good for bait.

crawdads only take a long time to eat if you don't know what you're doing. You learn the trick, and you get your belly full soon enough.
