I don't think he's a Marxist. He worked for Tip O'Neill and spent most of his adult life in a comfortable environment where Northeast liberalism was unchallenged as the key to virtue. Rush Limbaugh, Fox News and the Internet have combined to drive him insane. He is,you know? Quite insane.
