I fact checked Biden's foreign policy record 6 years ago when O named him to the ticket.

My efforts confirmed my recollection that he had been on the wrong side of virtually every major foreign policy issue during his 90 year political career.

The guy is almost prescient, except in the wrong direction.

The man is a savant.

If he wanted to get rich, he could sell his football picks every Friday.

Regnad: If Biden had a brain, he would have it out on the ground playing with it like atoy truck in a sandbox.

Or, to put it another way, if brains were dynamite, Biden could not blow his nose.
