I had a knock down drag out fight with some dopey lib editor for days back and forth over Hitlary's role in the New Haven black panther case. Of course he was defending her.
After many back and forths on the subject his "bottom line" was "she was still a Student at Yale and couldn't legally defend anyone, let alone a black panther". Since she had no license to practice Law. How cute.
As far as I'm concerned "a difference with no distinction". She interned and researched for the panther Legal team as a pending Law School Graduate.
We should also add to that crowd Bobby Seale convicted black panther and now U.S. Congressman from Illinois.
Of course remiss if we left out our favorite traitor babe Hanoi Jane, who was banging every black panther that could lay hands on her. In fact they use to pass her around. probably the real reason she cries uncontrollably nowadays.

From Radical Ron in Ohio
After getting a similar E-Mail today I researched this and sent it out. I hope to separate the truth from the exaggerations in this widely distributed E-Mail. These are the facts that I could find on the Internet:
In 1969 a group of Black Panthers decided that a member named Alex Rackley needed to die. He was suspected of being an FBI informer. He was tied to a chair and his "friends" tortured him for hours by, among other things, pouring boiling water on him.
When they tired of torturing Rackley, Black Panther, Warren Kimbro, took Rackley out and put a bullet in his head. Rackley's body was found floating in a river North of New Haven, Conn.
A high school dropout, after his US Air Force duty, Kimbro returned to New Haven, which was flush with money from Johnson's Great Society programs and he became a "community organizer" ( sound familiar? ) for an anti-poverty program. But, he quickly grew disillusioned with the program. He thought the government was more interested in "controlling rather than empowering poor people" and he joined the Black panthers.
9 Panthers were put on trial for the killing, with leader Bobby Seale's case drawing the most attention. Thousands of protesters, including Tom Hayden ( Hanoi-Jane's Ex ), Jerry Rubin, Abbie Hoffman, Dr. Benjamin Spock and others from the left, came to New Haven to demand the release of the Panthers and their leader.
You may be curious as to what happened to these Black Panthers. Kimbro confessed to the murder and became a witness for the prosecution by turning state's evidence in exchange for a reduced charge of 2nd degree murder, he got the mandatory "life sentence." He served only 4 years.
So, the shooter, Warren Kimbro, served only 4 years and then got a scholarship to Harvard. In 1975, after only 4 years in prison, Kimbro became the Ass't Dean of Eastern Connecticut State University. So, evidently as a '60s radical you can put a bullet into someone's head and a few years later, you become an ass't college dean!
Oh, Erica Huggins, the woman who boiled the water for Rackley's torture and who was heard speaking on a tape recording of his torture that was played during the trial. Was acquitted 10 to 2 by a deadlocked jury and was not retried. Years later Huggins was elected to a California School Board.
So, how do you think these killers got off so easy? Maybe it was partly due to the efforts of 2 "student activists" who came to the defense of these Black Panthers. These 2 went so far as to help with an almost complete shut-down of Yale Univ. with demonstrations in defense of the Black Panthers.
One of these people was Bill Lan Lee. Lee, isn't a college dean. He isn't a member of a School Board. But, he was once the head of the U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, appointed by Bill Clinton.
OK, so who was the other now notable Black Panther defender? Is this other Panther defender a school board member or an assistant college dean? Nope!
The other Black Panther defender was also a radical law student at Yale Univ. at the time. She is now known as The "smartest woman in the world." She is the former Secretary of State and former Dim-O senator from New York - The ever so vulnerable, IF, All of the facts be known, Hillary Rodham Clinton. - 3/12/14, 4:55 AM

For you Lib-O's out there, I already know that your obedient Snopes.com has a made-to-order excuse for all of this for Shrillary. So, I don't want to hear about it. I have researched the facts and cleared-up all of the erroneous info in the original well circulated E-Mail. If any of you thinkin' folks, Lib-O's excluded, have the stomach for it and want to compare my factual accounts with what Snopes.com has to say go to: http://www.snopes.com/politics/clintons/panthers.asp and you'll see that they only addressed the falsehoods and none of the facts.
Personally, I don't give a rat's-ass what one black panther does to another. But, I really do give a damn when their defenders are put in ANY position of power. 8 years of this crap is enough! - 3/12/14, 5:00 AM
