I sympathize with her, feeling The man has no right to attach a damaging piece of steel to my property, but... maybe she was in arrears on dozens of parking tickets. I think I'd rather they tow me than put that damn thing on my nice wheel.
Will her hubby say anything about the $800 wheel, the $$$fender and the $$$paint job she tore up?
And she'll get the ticket in the mail anyhow.

Pretty weak-assed piece of law-enforcement if she can drive away and have it fall off in three or four revolutions!
Sure, it MIGHT have damaged her car, but add an IED to the boot, and by the time she hits the third rev, her entire front end is going to be barking right in her face, and the Booters are going home at the end of the day knowing that they "REALLY" f*cked up some scoff-law's day -

I'm basically a law and order guy, but deep inside me I enjoyed the hell out of this caper, and have to applaud her grit. But I won't say that out loud.
