Neal Boortz used to say that the way to spot a government building it to look for the ugly sculpture. I may not know art, but I wouldn't pay to see that.

They not only believe dogs to be unclean, they think dogs are almost as filthy as Jews.
Which is one reason why I'd like to have my dog shit on the "Most Holy Koran" and leave it in front of a mosque.
