Take four glasses of fine scotch every hour until symptoms diminish.

Get into a sleeping bag in a warm room so that you'll sweat and take you booze with a table spoon of honey. The honey helps sooth the throat and gives you energy to help cook the virus. Bourbon is traditional but cheap vodka might be better for us old folk.

Yanno, I got this 2 daze after Xmas. Looking back, it was coming on on The Day. Why I was standing around staring at the oven like a cow at a passing train, running outta forks, misplacing whipped cream, etc...
Just today, I managed to get off the couch and do something besides "the necessaries" or four [4] dishes before needing a 6 hour nap.
This stuff is evial as a Proggie...
Watch it carefully.

Went to the hospital for routine followup CT 16 Dec, lots of sick folks everywhere.
18 Dec, feeling out of sorts, 19 Dec, raging earache, sore throat, cough. Better 18 days later, still coughing, hearing loss in infected ear. That crap, whatever it is, imbeds like a treble hook.
Stay on it Rodg, get better soon.

I have a milder version of this than last year, but it's still dragging on for weeks.
