Here's what I do to get over missing Top Gear.. go to Jalopnik and read all the headlines in a Jeremy Clarkson voice in your head.. I can't imagine the show without him. Never even tried to watch the American one..

Current Top Gear shows are still running on BBC America. The problem is that if you watch in Britain, or on Net Flix. each show is about an hour. BBC Amer. runs 22 minutes advertising which means 22 minutes of the show are gone missing.

I haven't seen the full hour shows but I'm not convinced I'm missing much. I fast forward through the hyper-priced supercar reviews and most of the star in a car segments unless I know the person. I just want to see what the 3 of them get up to. The recent show on building ambulances dang near kilt me when they did the Thunderbirds bit getting to them. May hopping like a marionette caused my to laugh my lungs out.

Not sure about that run length Rodge; on Xfinity all TG episodes are 70 minutes, to allow time for some Mercedes commercials.
