SUPREME COURT 'TARGETED BY U.S. SPIES'

2 MEMBERS OF SUPREME COURT 'TARGETED BY U.S. SPIES'
Shock claim: Intel agencies 'harvested' personal data

In Wednesday’s filing, Klayman revealed Montgomery would provide evidence intelligence agencies have even spied on and collected private and personal information on Supreme Court Justices John Roberts and Ruth Bader Ginsberg.

It’s not the first time Klayman has hinted at spying on members of the Supreme Court, but this is the first time he has disclosed his witness as the source. [FULL]

First reaction (but not for the first time) Chief Justice Robert's insane Obamacare ruling.

Big deal. Obama obviously has something on at least Roberts. Why do you think Roberts decided at the last minute that the Obamacare mandate was a "tax"?

CDR J, based on what he said ("You voted for this guy. If you don't like it, there's an election coming up."), I think he was trying to incite conservatives to get out and vote. Even with that incentive, less conservatives voted than in 2008.

Why would Ginsberg be targeted? She's an ultra leftist, on her last legs. She's sick and she will retire or die soon. Does O'Bama want to push her out quicker?

Skoonj - Why would Ginsberg be targeted?
My guess is because Captaimn Benghazi desparately does not want his 'work' undone after he leaves office. Buzzy is old, not well and might not last two years, giving a Republican successor to Benghazi a chance to appoint a Conservative. Benghazi would like her gone sooner rather than later so he has time to bribe/threaten/wear down some RINO senators and install another young Statist/Leftist ideologue like Kagan that will hold the seat for another thirty five years. Remember ValJar saying "we have two judges ready" around the last election for POTUS?
My 2 cents.
