Ousting Boehner - you dream Rodge. A lot more will need to take place in the election cycle before those ball-less wonders make another attempt. I get the point of view from the article, but look who we're discussing here. Any balls they had left after the last Boehner vote were sweat off when they failed and he threatened to retaliate.
What the GOP pundits don't understand, is that every time they discuss Trump they attack the voters who are currently impressed with him. McCainiack called them "crazies", but when I watched George Will insult us on Fox News I wanted to slap him. Since I don't want to misquote the man, I found what I heard at Fox on the net.
George Will:
Purge Trump and His Supporters from GOP "“Trumpites” are only “lightly attached to the political process”
Oh really? Wake up. WE are purging ourselves of you. - 8/22/15, 2:56 PM

First, please let me start by saying,
To H*LL with RedSlate.
That said, if the GOP Establishment thinks that "ousting Boehner" (no problem with that!) is "enough" to quell the anger at the damage - if not PERMANENT damage, then damage requiring years upon years of unnecessary and unnecessarily painful undoing - they really HAVE BECOME the Whig Party.
Game Over. - 8/22/15, 3:01 PM

Washington is a business selling two products. They call it Brand X and Brand Y. It's the same product, leaves a bad taste, costs too much, and people aren't buying the products.
Trump introduced another brand, which people like, reminds them of better times, and makes them feel good.
They can throw Boehner out, but it still won't change the fact nobody is buying that line of product. It sucks, he sucks, and the majority of the United States feels the same. - 8/22/15, 3:50 PM

I really do not thing that I would believe the repubs any more. They'll tell us anything to stay in the graft train and then, as always it seems, do whatever the hell the want, the non-elite (us) be damned.
as a friend pointed out, no damn difference anymore we don't have two parties, we have the "uni-party" whatever each of the grifters choose to call it is irrelevant... - 8/22/15, 4:13 PM

Trump is causing such a ruckus I have a real fear someone will George Wallace him. He may not be perfect but I'll come closer to voting for him than anybody else in the race.

In the last debates, Romney had a chance to chew up Obama. We all remember the first debate. In the second debate, Obama was red meat on Benghazi. Romney showed he had no stomach for the fight. He showed himself to be a soft handed ivy league prep boy. In other words, not a bit different than any other Republican on the horizon. Look at that lineup of Republican contenders, I've not seen so many shemales since I spent New Years in Key West in the 90's.
Joe public is gravitating to Trump for one reason, he shows grit. He is actually seeking a fight. Regardless of the efforts to pussify the American Male (hat tip to Kim) a lot of the regular folks still respect a fighter. Trump says what the two guys on the bar stools are saying. He got ambushed by the hot smart broad and had the balls to basically say "ah, your'e just on the rag Meg". That's how my fishing buddies talk. I don't see the liberal spin machine being able to take Trump down. Right now, Trump could kill and stuff his dog, and mount it to the top of his jet, no one would care. America is that tired of the pussified shemale leader-man. Meanwhile, the left can't comprehend not being able to choose our next candidate. Thanks Don.-Anymouse - 8/23/15, 1:15 PM
