THE ‘ISLAMOPHOBIA’ CLOCK

AHMED MOHAMED AND THE ‘ISLAMOPHOBIA’ CLOCK
A Muslim teen, fourteen-year-old Ahmed Mohamed, bought a strange ticking device to his school, MacArthur High School. His device caused alarm and fear, and he was detained for having what his teacher perceived as a bomb. Police officers said the electronic components and wires inside his Vaultz pencil case (which is the size of a briefcase) looked like a “hoax bomb,” according to local news station WFAA. When questioned about what the device was, Mohamed wouldn’t answer. Now terror-tied Islamic groups like the Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), their media lapdogs, and even Barack Obama are waging jihad against the school and the local police.

This whole thing smells like a setup. With ISIS in America, and young moderate Muslims fleeing to Syria to join the terror group, the response of MacArthur High School officials was rational and reasonable. At my website, PamelaGeller.com, I run news stories on a weekly basis of American Muslim teens who have been arrested for trying to join ISIS. Just this week, a Muslim teen from Philadelphia was arrested for an alleged plot to assassinate the Pope during his visit to the United States.

Every day we are warned of new terror threats, increased threat levels. But trying to protect school children is “Islamophobic.” And President Obama agrees, of course. Yes, he has weighed in; Barack Obama himself got into the act, tweeting to Ahmed: “Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It’s what makes America great.”

When I first heard about this story, I wrote at my website that it smelled fishy. Now, as more details have emerged, it positively stinks. The plot has considerably thickened. In what has become one of the most egregious of the faked hate narratives, the bomb hoax clockster turns out to come from a family that has a history of supremacist stunts.

The New York Daily News reported this Wednesday about Ahmed Mohamed’s father, Mohamed ElHassan Mohamed: (Continued)

Nobody actually thought he had a bomb. Nobody even suspected that he might have a bomb. Not the school. Not the police. No-one.

If they thought he had a bomb they would have evacuated the school.

If they thought he had a bomb they would have called for the bomb squad.

If they thought he had a bomb they wouldn't have taken him and the device to an office to wait for the police.

If, when they called the police, they had said that they thought he had a bomb the police would have ordered them to evacuate the school and dispatched the bomb squad.

If they thought he had a bomb the police wouldn't have put him and the device in an ordinary cruiser to go the the police station.

If they thought he had a bomb they would have done everything differently.

Of course the police are in violation of the law on this one. Mohamed insists he repeatedly asked officers to call his parents while being interrogated. Mohamed was questioned at the school, then taken in handcuffs to a juvenile detention center, where he was fingerprinted and interrogated without his parents present, according to police and Mohamed.

Texas Family Code is clear this was not supposed to happen.

“A child may not be left unattended in a juvenile processing office and is entitled to be accompanied by the child’s parent, guardian, or other custodian or by the child’s attorney,” Section 52.025

I've seen several photos of this "clock" and none have shown it actually displaying the time.

For this kids story to be true the following will also have to be true. This "techy" kid could never have watched "24, Mission Impossible, The Hurt Locker" or he would know his clock represents EVERY explosive device on any movie EVER. He would have never been sensitized to being called "muslim terrorist". Of course he hears this every week at least once. He would have to be a real underachiever as he stated that he just threw it together in a few minutes. So you bring stuff you have cobbed together to show to your teacher? He was told by a science teacher to put it away, it was an english teacher that hit the alarm. Clearly he wanted the alarm. He had been at the school for only three weeks, they didn't know him. This is clearly a sucker play for the media and CAIR. I hope the redneck kids, if there are any left in Texas, beat the shit out of him back behind the portables. -Anymouse

So you're saying that he didn't bring a clock to school? That they didn't arrest him and interogate him without his parents being present? That they didn't claim the reason that the did so was because they thought he had a bomb?

Ignoring the fact that his parents can (and should) sue the school, the school board, and the police for any number of reasons, if they want to continue to defend their actions by claiming that they "thought", or even suspected, that he had a bomb, the rest of the parents can sue them for reckless (criminal?) endangerment of their childred - after all, by not evacuating the school when they had any grounds to even suspect that there was a bomb in the school means that they put all of the children (and staff) at risk.

If this kid had been white he would still be in jail. This is just a case where the liberal cause of anti-Islamaphobia trumped the liberal
cause of no tolerance in schools.

Maybe we'll get lucky and the "clock" goes off when they are in the Oval Office.

You laugh, but I had this dream where a deep, covert Mu-Slim group decided to take out Teh One with a young convert. He posed as a totally innocent Mu-slim, beset upon by Western Culture, and was an embodiment of pity in the news media. Knowing Teh Ones's proclivity towards Mu-slims, he's invited to the White House, to 'Make Amends'. Since a search of the device would be "insensitive', Teh One waves off the Secret Service, is escorted into the room with the killer, and is destroyed in the resultant explosion.

As I said, it was a dream. I CAN dream, can't I?

'Great dream, except WHY would a "deep, covert Mu-Slime [you left off the 'e'] group" want to take him out when he's doing so much to enable and advance the Caliphate agenda?

P.S. I'm with Pam Geller, Ben Shapiro, Skoonj and others who think this story stinks of a set-up.

Maybe Apple delayed watchOS 2 because they've seen what happens to clockmakers in America.

You're missing the point. Taking out Teh One is incidental to their cause.
ANARCHY is the Key! Anything that overturns the currant regime is a cause 'Celebre. Religion does not matter. The religion is only used as a means to an end.

Have to say that the one thing that did make me laugh was the insistence by the police that when he was asked what the device was the he never explained himself adequately. He kept saying it was a "clock". Obviously that wasn't acceptable. After all this was in Texan and "c-l-o-c-k" has five letters. Everyone knows that Texans don't understand big words like that.

You must have only met Texans from College Station!

Anyway, the kid probably wouldn't be in trouble if only the "clock" hadn't sounded "Allahu Akhbar" on the hour.

I'd like to have seen him take the "clock" to show Obama 1st. Good luck with that.

Dry run?

Dad has run for President of Sudan twice.

CAIR took his case immediately.

It was a set up.

Ya know Stu, if the Eyeatola himself hacked lil Barry to death with one of those curved knives, in a mosque, live on CNN, Us Gubment forces would immediately retaliate against the NRA and the Tea Party. 70 percent of Americans would support the action because, poor Barry. -Anymouse
