I'm watching a Rudy Maxa (superb) travel video on St. Petersburg. He reports that a recent survey showed that 1/2 of under 30 Russians favored strong government at the expense of civil liberties. JFC.

It's good to know that the serf mentality exists outside the DNC crowd.
