I SIDE WITH

  SIDING WITH the USofA BOSS

As a lark I took this poll: Answer the following questions to see which 2016 Presidential candidate you side with.  As polls go, this was one of the best I've run across given the options to express "other."  The results say I'm ideologically more in tune with Cruz ...

I am a Trumper, but this wasn't entirely a surprise.

What does it tell me?

It tells me that the differences betwixt Cruz and Trump are negligible.  Certainly not enough to warrant the nuclear war the GOP are running against Trump So, the answer is what we knew from the get-go: This is about GOP CONTROL.  Cruz is GOP establishment, Trump is not.  Which is why it's in the better interest of the our nation to vote Trump and inject a massive dose of radiation into the cancer ridden GOP. Say Amen.

Amen.
So let it be written.
So let it be done.

I've said a number of times before that the primary reason that the GOP "establishment" wants to sabotage Trump is that they can't control him. That said, I am strongly for Cruz to get the nomination in August, but if Trump gets it instead, I will hold my nose and vote for him. I will vote for any one of a million or more fence posts in Montana and/or Wyoming before I will vote for either Hildabeest or Sanders.

For our potential Cruz-voters, you might have a look at the link below.

The essayist makes the case that:

1) Cruz cannot win the 92% of remaining delegates necessary to take a majority into the convention.

2) Lacking a majority on the first ballot, the GOPe will pick one of their own (Romney, Jeb Bush, Paul Ryan) since they hate Cruz as much or more than Trump.

Message to the remaining primary voters: either vote for Trump or accept a GOPe nominee.

So, the answer is what we knew from the get-go: This is about GOP CONTROL. Amen!

The most prominent and disturbing indicator behind the truth of your statement has been their collective efforts to belittle and demonize the self-made. The insults toward Dr. Ben Carson and Donald Trump have been most reflective of these life-time politicians accumulating wealth under the table and on the take while living off the public dime. Their betrayal sickens me. So eff 'em. Trump them all! Yes, I am a Trumpster.

And, no, I do not throw the baby out with the bath water. I dump the dirty water and replace it with clean so the baby will be healthy.

91% Cruz/81% Trump still voting for Trump. Best explained by this quote "A reform is a correction of abuses; a revolution is a transfer of power." Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton

Calling Cruz "establishment" means the caller doesn't know what "establishment" means.
It means "deal-making" to do the People's Business. Cruz doesn't do that. That's why the real Establishment doesn't like him.
The Establishment is the same as Populists. They do what the majority of their real or wanted constituency wants them to do, not what is best for the country. There are exceptions, such as immigration, but the overwhelming similarities are there.
If you Trumpettes would look at the Cruz record, you'd see Coolidge. What you'll get in Trump is another, albeit less objectionable, Clinton.
And for you, Steve, letting the polls dictate our candidate is why we're in this mess...that, and electing "deal-makers". As Rush says, a true Conservative CAN win.

Jeezus, I leave you alone, and your brains go all mushy. Roger voting for Trump? It's time to take away your car keys.

P.S. Thanks BravoKilo, but someone had to hold down the line. I'll make sure you're mentioned in dispatches.
