Of course they did. The teaching of reading, writing and 'rithmetic has been "layed" down, cast out, in return for "self esteem" and social promotion.
This AM I read a document written by a woman who just received a master's degree, wherein she referred to another woman as a floorist (she's not a floor installer, but a floral designer), was greatfull for her help, liked her boquet of flowers and was looking forward to the bondfire that evening.
I guess she's so happy or the return is so bad, she's going to burn her bonds and live off the land.

I don't know how that poor woman is keeping her composure. That scene is so sad, especially when we realize that good man's death is "layed" right on Sultan Buraq The Feckless, his ridiculous ROE and his pro-muzzie sympathies.
