Have all y'alls noticed how, when government or news is involved, NOTHING ever performs "as expected"?
It would have been an "extremely worthy experiment" only if the Prog assholes financed it themselves.
Meanwhile, I'll wager there was no performance or reliability warranty in the contract, and the owners of the windmill company continue to pocket very nice salaries paid out of taxpayer pockets for a @#$%^ fraud.
Was it PT Barnum who said something about a sucker born every minute?
Even though some tiny portion of the wasted money is mine, I'm pleased sitting over here in the Schadenfreude to see that college administrator eat a shit sandwich.

Time and again people fail to grasp a simple concept. Bureaucracies (government) only care about procedure. NOT about outcome. If you followed the rules and really, really tried, then you did your best and that's all that mattered. That evil, heartless, cold, (fill in the blank) Trump is fixin to show how it's done!
