Covering your zits

It's sheer serendipity that determines what catches my fancy.  In this instance, instead of hanging up when YouTube rotated this video onto the screen, I became captivated by the girl's delivery.  And then stupefied as to how this would all end.  And then amazed that she, maybe 15-16 years? had mastered a skill set about something as arcane as blushes and brushes and could command my attention and draw 891,245 views.

Oh, also, it has nothing to do with politics. Or, nudity.

I watch quite a few makeup videos and have my fav's but I hadn't seen Zoella (she's good). Don't feel bad about the age thing, I had our first born at 25yrs and in the photos I look about 15-17. Crazy, because I wasn't even wearing makeup in the pic.

She has a non-U English accent and perfect teeth, so logic would tend to suggest that one of those must be fake.

I still like women with no makeup, flaws and all. Maybe it's just because so many women devote such an inordinate amount of time, energy and attention to makeup. I have a good friend whose wife has to put on makeup to take out the garbage. I just don't understand it.

Never a fan of makeup.
Always tried to tell girlfriends that the makeup should show off your face, not the other way around.

Funny story...
2nd date with my then future wife of 20+ years. Topic of makeup came up. Told her that, personally, I didn't care for it and she needn't wear any on my account.
Her response?
A relief-filled sigh and "Thank Gawwwd! I HATE wearing this stuff!!"
I think she's worn it just twice since then. ;)

Yes, she can spend hours every day putting on all that shit that makes her look like a Frankensteinian monster, or she could look after her health, wash her face properly, get some sunshine and look better than she does with all that crap.

Gross.

Maybe I'm weird, but I'd never date a woman who'd wear makeup as either they are trying to hide something, or they are too self obsessed to have any real relationship.
