There are far too many kids who aren't there "to play school". They don't care about their education. Their parents don't care about their education. They won't do homework and they disrupt the classes because learning is the last thing on their minds. You can't hold teachers accountable for those kids. They can only do so much. If we could kick out the dregs who don't want to learn and leave behind only those that do, then we can hold the teachers accountable. Until then, there's not much a teacher can do.
