Liberal assumptions perpetuated by the Times as truth. Within a week the paper will be back at it; calling for, in their unique way, more riots after the next thug draws down on a cop and pays the price.

Ah, "The Newspaper of Record", "The Grey Lady"…
A native NY'er, I was taught in school not only to read the NYT, but how to properly fold it so as to read it on the subway. When I left NYC and traveled and lived all over, I'd seek out the Sunday NYT; I particularly reveled in the late Wm. Safire's "On Language" column; one wall of my kitchen is still papered with the blue cards Mr. Safire would send out acknowledging contributions (although most of mine were rejected).
But I came to realize that the NYT's editorial page had expanded to the entire paper, and that the NYT is written for -- and quite likely by -- homosexuals and Trotskyists.
I wouldn't even use the NYT for fishwrap or birdcage liner. -
