The man who first spoke of "Hillary is unqualified to be president" didn't elaborate whether the behavior he cited disqualified her because it meant she is too crooked or whether she is too stupid for the job. Listening to her tin-eared, banal speeches and pronouncements over the years, I'd have to say "both".

As to Brookeeeeh, she is just another unqualified cnut, unless being a sour blonde bimbo who can read is sufficient qualification for her job.
