Back in 1995 I remember talking to a guy who did observations for US Army intelligence. Mostly Chinese movements in and out of West Coast ports. He said they had learned to never share with the CIA because they'd blow you operation every time.

When I see "CIA" nowadays, I think of Valerie Plame and her deadbeat, lying husband, grifting off taxpayers and grasping for 15 minutes of fame.
