I find myself surprisingly unsympathetic.

She may not be all that far off on the shooter's motive. Assuming it was a single shooter and all other theories (of mine!) are disregarded for now, she stated virtually the precise motivation of the shooter who shot several people at Republican baseball practice in Northern Virginia. No one has explored this guy's voter registration, contributions, letters to the editor, blog postings, and other indices of his political beliefs. By the way, a CNN talking head said something today very similar to what the fired CBS exec said. That logic permeates Democrats at every level, and was elevated to actual gunfire by the man who shot Scalise, et al. The FBI needs to be very open with motivational evidence, lest it sink into politicized oblivion.

I'm guessing there's a lot more to this story than we'll ever know. She was prolly so thoroughly incompetent or such a complete b!tch that this was used as an excuse to rid themselves of her.

Poor dear! It's not her thought that someone actually read anything that comes from a CBS source. For al the blather that originates from there, she was just unlucky that anyone picked hers to read.

Anyone know if her dog ran off or her ex- took her pick-up truck? I'd be willin' to bet there's a country song in this story.

Things are starting to fall into place, and it seems one of my theories will be proven true. There is evidence coming out that Paddock was a registered Democrat, and that he was at an anti-Trump rally wearing a pink C-hat. I'm sure you know what I'm referring to. Pamela Gellar has located video footage that appears to clearly show him at the rally, and his girl friend is nearby, with anti-Trump signs.

Rush is on the air now and has referred to this evidence, but he's not sure yet. Also, Sheriff of Clark County mentioned, perhaps accidentally, something about conversion to radical Islam.

If the first portion (his presence at an anti-Trump rally) is correct, we essentially have all the motivation we need to know. The second portion (Islamic conversion) does not change the first motivation, but reinforces it.

So here we have Democrat politicians and acolytes in the media calling for various types of gun control, to include confiscation. Let them show themselves for what they are.

This gunman, Paddock, now seems to have the very motivation that James Hodgkinson, another left wing Democrat) had when he gunned down Steve Scalise and three others at baseball practice in Northern Virginia. Two left wing Democrats who shot at who they felt were Trump supporters, trying to kill as many as they could. Paddock planned longer and better, and killed 59 people (that number could go higher). He also seems to have had more money and could afford more and better rifles.

So the caterwauling Democrats demanding gun control may have hit on something. Only one gun control would be effective: confiscate guns from Democrats until they can prove they prove they can be trusted with any firearm. Which would take some proof, in my book!

By the way, and I meant to add this to my screed, Hayley Geftman-Gold, the fired CBS executive who posted a hateful comment on facebook: ""If they wouldn’t do anything when children were murdered I have no hope that Repugs will ever do the right thing," she wrote in the now-deleted post. "I’m actually not even sympathetic bc country music fans often are Republican gun toters."

And so, here is confirmation of Paddock's motive in a hateful way. And that attitude is precisely the same as that of James Hodgkinson describing his motive in shooting Republicans. The hate runs deep in Democrats. They need to be disarmed, barring proof they actually need a weapon, and wont endanger other citizens, including Republicans.
