I voted no and to explain this I ask:

"Do stupid people know they are stupid?"

To me, open rebellion constitutes an understanding of what you are doing. Now, elements within California, especially within the government, may be trying to instigate open rebellion, but is the average Californicator even aware of cause and effect? I personally think they've been drinking the Kool-Aid for so long, they are incapable of acting in anyway that is different from this. Then you add the Mexicans and you have the Perfect Storm of stupidity.

Maybe because it's in such sorry condition we don't want it pack.
