Pancho and her establishment are an important piece of US flying history and need to be remembered.
Her story on its own is notable. The role she held among the greats in US aeronautical history is priceless. ...not to mention, a hoot!
Anyone who could garner the respect of Chuck Yeager, Buzz Aldrin, and their contemporaries is worth remembering!!

My grandmother's name was Gladys, and a lot of people called her Happybottom. That had been her nickname since she was little.

That really confused me as a young boy, until finally the penny dropped!
