You don't dare touch a crying child these days. They did an experiment in NYC a while back. They posted a crying child on a park bench and nobody would even ask the child what was wrong, even women. In the after interviews the experimenters ask why they wouldn't approach the child , and they were told even getting near the child ran them the risk of being photographed and labeled. Ending up losing a job , being sued by some goofy group, being financially ruined or even thrown in jail while under investigation. Welcome to our wonderful century.
