VP-Who Cares?

What I See  In my lifetime, if not the the nation's (post ca.1804), the vice presidential candidate has only once provably had any meaningful impact on the election.  That was in 2008, when John McCain's game-changing nominee for vice president was Sarah Palin.  Mike Pence will have no impact on this election.
