A Wyoming transsexual person was convicted of raping a ten-year-old girl. Miguel Martinez, a biological male who identifies as a woman and goes by the name Michelle, was found guilty of first and second degree sexual abuse against a child. Now, he faces 70 years in prison. According to The Billings Gazette, the girl told police Martinez lured the child into a bathroom on March 23, where he molested and raped her. The victim reportedly told police about the assault, saying "it hurt" before breaking down in tears. Nurses at the Wyoming Medical Center examined the girl and found inflammation and abrasions. According to court documents, Police reported they found Martinez after the assault "extremely intoxicated." He accused the victim of "talking crap" and called her allegations a "publicity stunt." Martinez pleaded not guilty to both counts of sexual abuse. Here's the kicker.  WCBM radio host Bruce Elliot reports that  Martinez will serve time in a women's prison.

Kindergarten Class Celebrates Child’s Gender ‘Transition’ Without Parent Permission During the lesson on the second-to-last day before summer break, the teacher read two books, “I am Jazz” and “The Red Crayon,” that purport to explain “transgenderism” to children aged four to eight, Fox40News reported. “I am Jazz” is particularly explicit, beginning “From the time she was two years old, Jazz knew that she had a girl’s brain in a boy’s body.” But the “huge bombshell” was that the teacher didn’t just read the books but “essentially put on this more-or-less transition ceremony” for the child, says Keller. After the teacher introduced the five-year-old student to the class as a boy, he then went into the bathroom and emerged dressed as a girl. The teacher then reintroduced “her” to the children, explaining “she” was now a “girl” who now had a girl’s name and was to be called that from now on. Full The  big question: Would the boy's parents have been subject to arrest if they shot this "teacher" in the head with  double-ought?  The answer is, of course, yes.  It's never right to take the law into your own hands.  They were, however, found "not guilty," and feted by the community for being model parents.
