In der park mit Wim und Els

In het park 

In het park (In the park) is one in a series of Dutch PSAs in the "De maat-schap-pilj dat ben " (You are the society) series.  This is the only one with subtitles, and I'm assuming they're accurate.  If so, Euros are quite a bit further down the road to perdition than we.  But, we're catching up.

This is a spoof on a real government campaign that was indeed called 'de maatschappij dat ben jij'. The spoof is partly based on famous Dutch childrens book Nijntje (in English www.miffy.com)

I can personally vouch for the fact that the dutch are much further down the road to perdition than we are...but we have momentum on our side!
