A death in the family

Take a moment ...

Today featuring the
Tanqueray Martini
Please join me in toasting to the memory, and celebration of the life of Dr. Hardcrab's dad which ended today.  The end of a long illness, and beginning of a great new adventure with friends and family waiting on the opposite shore.  Here's to you, sir, and to all our dads.  Cheers!

Doc, we've been friends a long time and tho' I haven't had a chance to respond to your e-mail, I'll lift a glass this eve in the memory of your dad.

Dr. Hardcrab, I lost my Dad last December, and told friends inquiring after my well-being that I was blessed to have a wonderful man for a father, and doubly blessed to have him 65 years, and although I miss him very much, I'm not angry or bitter, for I have wonderful memories of our time together..
I wish the same for you.

Dr. Hardcrab- I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I consider my Dad to be one of my closest friends. I hope you had the honor of saying the same thing and have great memories to keep him in your heart.

My condolences. It's hard losing a parent. Very hard.
