How about a picture of a Doctor wearing a jacket with a patch and standing in front of a clinic that said, "PHS -- Tuskegee Health Systems." (US Public Health Services Tuskegee experiment ended less then 40 years ago in 1972, that IS within our memory span, right?)
For the life of me I cannot understand how blacks can be so in favor of this plan, if I were black the very last thing I would want to hear about health care is,
"I'm from the Government's Public Health Service and I brought free medical care."
