Anchor Charles Gibson announced “the President has a 57 percent approval rating, his rating rising for the first time since April. And only 20 percent of the country now consider themselves Republican.
 -- 57 percent support the Obama plan's most contentious element - the public option. 

  1. FOX NEWS - Support for Democrats' Health Care Reform Falls to 42 Percent, Poll Shows
A Rasmussen survey released Monday shows 54 percent is opposed to the plans backed by President Obama and Democrats in Congress.


  1.    White House Orders Other Networks to Isolate FOX News
The White House is calling on other news organizations to isolate and alienate Fox News as it sends out top advisers to rail against the cable channel as a Republican Party mouthpiece.

Anyone familiar with Communist regimes knows that one of their standard tactics is to attack their ideological enemies accusing them of all sorts of crimes/dirty tricks etc. Fidel Castro has made an entire career doing it (against the US).

The attacks on FoxNews have the same purpose for the same reasons.
