Kennedy Mini-Series

Kennedy Déjà vu All Over Again?

Boned Jello
Secret Service Agent stops Jackie Kennedy, who was attempting to bail after the first shot.
For 50 years the Kennedy family has attempted to control what was written about them, often successfully [William Manchester]. Now that the Kennedy mafia is pretty much eviscerated, will there be an actual, true, Kennedy mini-series?  Yes,  Yes there will, it seems. If you thought  Clintonsnot reaction to ABC's 'The Path to 9/11' was something, this should be ... well,  it would be hard to beat the Clinton's hysteria, but this is already shaping up as a media circus.
Even Before Filming, Kennedy Series Stirs Anger

A new mini-series about John F. Kennedy’s presidency that is being prepared by the History channel does not yet have a cast or a premiere date. Not a frame of footage has been shot. It does, however, have prominent critics who want it brought to a halt.

The critics, including Theodore C. Sorensen, a former Kennedy adviser, say they have read the scripts for the project and that those contain errors of fact and emphasis.

The mini-series, called “The Kennedys,” is the brainchild of Joel Surnow, a creator of the Fox action show “24” and an outspoken political conservative. That raised alarms among Kennedy partisans when the History channel said in December that it would pick up the project.

On the other side is Mr. Greenwald, the founder of the advocacy media company Brave New Films, who has created documentaries like “Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch’s War on Journalism,
Comparing Surnow, a conservative who makes film with broad commercial appeal, with Robert Greenwald, who produces agitprop full-time, is disservice to Surnow. Of course it is now a chiché  to say that unvarnished  truth is poison to Greenwald's fellows, so they'll go to the mattresses on this on.  Click-Click.

I thought that Outfoxed was the funniest thing I had seen in a long time. All it is is a parade of MSM types whining and complaining that FOX News does the same exact stuff that they do but for the other side. "It's just not fair!"

If you look at virtually anything the left does or says in isolation, it's comedy gold. Unfortunately, they hold the reins of power.

I just now had a thought bubble of a Mel Brooks stage play, "Springtime for Obama."

Great idea, RKOF. The opening number could have Oprah chanting "The Kenyan is coming...The Kenyan is coming..."

The title song could go something like this: "And now it's Springtime, for Obama, and The Wookie (yes it's Spring time) Winter, for Americans one and all...Spring Time for Obama and The Wookie, Capitalism, is starting, to fall".

Hard to remember that JFK was what passes for an outspoken political conservative these days, especially compared to those rat bastid commie mofo's that pass for Democrats these day.....
