Cartoon crime

Cartoon Law goes live
Boned Jello

UK outlaws dirty cartoons depicting cartoons under the age of 18. And cartoons of under 18 years of age cartoons watching other, over the age of 18 cartoons doing dirty things.

So, I guess it would be okay, if the first panel of the comic shows all the cartoon characters holding up UK issued ID cards indicating that they were over the age of 18 at the time the comic was drawn.

Or, I guess, all cartoons must have large breasts, thick armpit and leg hair, and perhaps mustaches, which would not be typical in under the age of 18 cartoons.

Or maybe wear cartoon burkhas and sunglasses, so that juries cannot tell by looking at their eyes that the cartoons are under the age of 18. Perspective must also be well established, to indicate that all cartoons are at least 6' tall, including humanoid, but non-human entities, like fairies, elves, and manga chibi characters.

I think that about covers it (

Very clever (as always) on the rollovers. Just about right.
