Grammar Nazis

Nazis really have very little tolerance for just about anything.

He calls himself a "Colonel", but I don't buy it. He's wearing the insignia of a Brigadefuhrer, the equivalent of a Brigadier General. Plus, he's carrying a Luger instead of a Walther. The Luger is an enlisted man's sidearm.

It looks like he's just an ordinary soldier trying to pass himself off as an officer, but doesn't know what rank is on his uniform. Probably a deserter. Crazy as a loon, too.

What? I'm a "regalia Nazi"? Don't go there.

Which Walther do you refer to, the 7.62mm PP or the 9mm P-38? One must be exact in the nomenclature.

Pedantic Gun Nazi.

P-38s were also made at the DWM plant and even in France during occupation by Manurhin, as well as the FN plant in Belgium.

So possession of a P-38 does not mean it is always a Walther.

Pedantic pedantic gun nazi.

to maintain the semblance of humor in these postings, the P-38 is an airplane. The P.38 is a 9mm pistol.
