Dumb bastard; He should've just snuck across the Mexi-Cali border like everyone else. He'd be able to get a job, a place to live, free gubmint cheese and free social security checks when he becomes disabled or reaches retirement age.

As one of the many poor sods tasked with taking passport pictures, I can tell you that the camera was set wrong, or the printer was set wrong.
That's supposed to be a white background, although I'm not sure setting it to such (thus removing the magenta cast) would do anything for the yellow skin tone.
Would one of you Photoshop jockies like to give this one a whirl? -
