I dunno..... The hat on the man in charge looks influenced by British uniforms, not at all like the oversized North Korean, Russian, Chineese style, and also his 5 o'clock shadow doesn't look Asian or full blooded Asian.
Could they be Gurkhas or Nepalese? -
