Hymn, Hymn, EF Him

McCain Tries to wrest AZ GOP
control from conservatives

(who coincidentally hate his fkn guts
because this is what he does)

The normally routine elections are fast turning into a referendum on McCain‘s influence. Last evening, in McCain’s home District 11, the long knives were out as the liberal wing of the Republican Party took out conservatives in a bloodbath that included keeping state Republican Chairman Randy Pullen from serving as a state committeeman. This means he is not able to run for reelection as the state chairman.

John "HIM-HIM-F-" McCain
Pullen is currently Treasurer of the Republican National Committee.

This McCain power grab is stunningly inconsistent with the citizen activism witnessed in the retaking of congressional seats being reclaimed by conservatives in CD 1 and 5, as well as the exceedingly close races waged by GOP Platform-based newcomers against entrenched liberals Grijalva and Giffords. The Arizona state legislature is solidly in conservative hands.

And this is a surprise to who, exactly? Why I didn't vote for the man in 2008... and why I'll never vote for "the lesser of two evils".

Expect more of this at the state level. The mainlining Republicans simply cannot tolerate any disagreement or deviation from the norm. Dissent must be squelched.

OK so conservatives and mugwumps are going to fight, fine. Make it snappy. Much to do in the next two years.

To anonymous 11:37:
You are an idiot. I can't stand McCain either. But you represent the reason conservatives can not seem to pull it together for more than a single election; too many of us will not vote for, or even vote against, the Republican who doesn't meet 100% of our own personal 'code.'
So, congratulations - because the Repubs managed to field a dipshit for its Presidential nomination, quite possibly (probably) due to lefties voting for the weakest Repub. candidate in the primaries, you decided not to vote. So we got the most blatantly communist asshole to ever sit in the Senate promoted to the White House. Where he will continue to select communist judges who will sit for another 20-40 years; fill the ranks of an ever-more entrenched bureaucracy with like minded commies; appoint czars who are admitted communists and who say Mao is their favorite author......
I could go on, but you tuned out at "You are an idiot."
Thanks, asshole.

Grow up baboy. I've watched this "vote for the Republican" BS since the first time the NoKos bombed the South. You're going to have to make a better case than that because that dog don't hunt. You probably think Charlie and Arlen are the bomb too, don't you? Do you have a Jeb 2012 sticker on your bumper too?

If the best that the Republicans can do for AZ is McCain then the Republicans need new blood or they can join the Wigs on the ash heap of history.
McCain is a tool of the left, always has been.

Some would argue (and I happen to agree) that John McCain's loss, and Teh Won's subsequent win has awakened enough Conservative Americans to hopefully cleanse the Republican party of the RINO's, and hopefully get more people in office that will vote for the good of the country, not their party.

LOL... I should grow up, anonymous coward? You decided to allow Obama a seat in the White House.... McCain is a douchebag, but because of YOUR decision and those like you, Obama has seated three lefties on the supreme court, plus who knows how many in lower courts.
But hey, you have your principles intact. You sure showed him! Moron.

So what baboy is saying that it is better to have a Republican in office who caves in to everything the Donks want rather than a Donk who does everything the Donks want. What's the difference?

I said at the time, I'm sick of voting for lessers of evil and I didn't vote for McRino either. I also said that we lost that election when that bastard won the nomination. That was when Hillary and the Kenyan were still busily clubbing each other. McCain has been making me angry every time he opens his mouth for the last twenty years and showed no inclination to change. There's no way I'd ever vote for that a-hole even if he were running against Marx himself.

If McCain had won, right now the Donks would probably be celebrating having just won a super-majority in both houses and wouldn't be needing McCain to cave in the their whims anymore. They'd be gloating about their plans to abolish the Constitution late in January.

Oh, and by the way, *spit* never said that he didn't vote, and neither did I.
