So he got out of Dodge to leave Biden to deal with the fallout from the unemployment numbers to go to Afghanistan. (Apparently to visit the only jobs his administration has created.)
He thought: Hey it worked for Bush.
He had to leave early because of the "weather" not because Karzai dissed his irrelevant ass and wouldn't even take his call from Bagram
