That's funny.
I'm stealin' it.

The picture shows what's known as an Escher joint. The only place I've ever run across one in wood is when trying to disassemble something blind, by touch. They're often used in cardboard-box packaging.

^ Almost forgot,
the Escher joint is also used in writing government regulations and IRS rules.
