They also have 56 armies, 56 navies, 56 Air forces, 56 governments...no wonder they dont have anything left for drinking water, food, soap, and shelter for the people. Driving back from the airport in Lusaka, Zambia, you see these colorfully dressed Ladies walking the opposite way with their suitcases on their head...yes, they're the flight attendants walking the ten miles to the airport for the return flight. Crew cars only have room for the pilots, stews have to walk!

Maybe with US funding 22% of the bill, we should get 22% of the votes, and other 'nations' likewise pro rata. Or maybe we could apportion votes by GDP, in which case Ohio alone will outvote the whole damn continent of Africa.
