This is another "cart before the horse" situations. The Komrade President REMF gives another of his boring speeches telling Congress to pass a bill now, one that hadn't even been written yet.

A question: Who is going to write this bill and whose name or names will be credited with it. I would bet that we will see some of Komrade REMF's sycophantic toadies, such as Pinocchio Pelosi, Dirty Harry Reid, Schmucky Schumer, John Heinz-Kerry, etc. And Osama bin Laden's cheerleader, Patty Murray, too.

Congress should sit on its hands, and tell President Kiddie-Table that they are working on it.

And then ask him to talk to the real road-block, Harry Reid.
