Cheese lumpia? Actually, pretty much any food is good when wrapped, battered or breaded and then deep fried.

I used to make incredible cheeseburger egg rolls.

Hard on the oil, though.

I use Chinese egg roll skins to make fried apple pies.
They are without a doubt the best apple pie I have ever ate....including Mom's.
