Wait a minute ... you can make ANY chicken into mcnuggets.
The mechanical separator does not care what you put into it ... whole chicken gets impaled on the vacuum nozzle, and pink chicken paste comes out the other end. -

I don't see this as "creeping sharia" so much as absurd overcaution on the part of the state -- on a par with forbidding peanut butter sandwiches to elementary school students for the "protection" of kids with peanut allergy. According to the article, the Muslims didn't demand Ohio remove pork everywhere, they just wanted halal meals, since Jewish inmates were already getting kosher meals. Much as it pains me to give Muslims a point, they have one here.
Of course, they could just be sent for imprisonment in the shithole countries where they will be guaranteed halal meals, but we know that won't happen, at least for the time being.
