Mexican Invaders
IDEA REKINDLING

Res Ipsa Loquitur

I shan't be the first person to suggest that new voter registrants must(along with showing proper picture ID) pass this test.  Yep, the Immigration and Naturalization Service exam new citizen candidates must pass. Well, unless it's an election year, and a democrat incumbent is seeking reelection.  In that case the INS is usually instructed to engage in "Group Mex,"  so to speak.  At any rate,  the test shouldn't be too awfully  hard to pass.  I don't know what a passing score is, but I'd argue for 95%.   There are a few questions I'd dearly love to see in a  "most frequent wrong answer" list.   My guess for these three are—

QUESTION
MOST (probable) WRONG AWNSER GIVEN
82. Name one purpose of the United Nations. * Sorry, but straight-away I'm deviating from the format.  The only appropriate answer here is "This question has no business being included in this list."   Any other answer means instant deportation.
86. Name one benefit of being a citizen of the United States. Free Stuff
87. What is the most important right granted to U.S. citizens? Getting Free stuff

So, how'd you do?

I can't site the references but study after study has shown conservatives to be better informed and more intelligent than liberals. I can easily believe that racists aren't too bright though. Try as they might, liberals have only been able to convince dumbasses that conservatives are racists. Unfortunately there are an awful lot of dumbasses.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Libtards are religious zelots and aren't too concerned with facts. Even if you were armed with many scholarly papers presenting overwhelming evidence, you still wouldn't be able to win your argument. Even if you did, you will have only won an argument with a retard. It all boils down to an old saying, "For those who understand no explanation is necessary. For those who do not no explanation is possible."

She was elected to do drugs? I don't remember seeing that on the ballot. Who would run for such an office? Come to think of it, though, it does explain a lot.

Re: the picture...

Here in Cherokee County, the school board has a request to the state edjumucashun guys for a waiver ... to allow the use of cellphones, androids and ipads in the classroom.
I thought laptops issued by the schools a bad idea {whose got dropped or stepped on? who gets to replace it? exactly WHICH web pages were you on during geography Alvin? Oh, someone stole your laptop with all your homework?...}
But THIS takes the cake. Think there'd be any 'texting' going on during class? How about as in the pic surfing for the answer to the exam?
Remember kids, stupidity is STILL not illegal.

One reason leftards do better on current event tests is that they unquestionably parrot the LSM meme.

Two examples: "Were there WMDs in Iraq?" The "correct" answer is "No" while the true answer is "Yes and we have evidence that they were moved to Syria before the invasion."

"Did Saddam support terrorism?" The "correct answer is "No" because there was no direct evidence linking him to 9-11 while the true answer is "Yes" because he monetarily rewarded the families of suicide bombers and harbored some well know terrorists in his police state.

On Oct. 1, 2008 The USCIS will switch a new set of test questions. All applicants who file for naturalization on or after October 1, 2008 will be required to take the redesigned test. For those applicants who file prior to October 1, 2008 but are not interviewed until after October , 2008 (but before October 1, 2009), there will be an option of taking the new test or the current one.

the applicant for citizenship is asked up to 10 of the 100 questions. The interviewer reads the questions in English and the applicant must answer in English. In order to pass, at least 6 of the 10 questions must be answered correctly.

See what a great learning experience this is?

A co-worker of mine passed that test with a 100% score.

He asked me for study advice, and I sent him to Powell's to buy a pre-1970 social studies high school text.

The test is easy if you speak and read English.
