Hate to disagree with you, King, but Republicans are mired in the early Progressive Era. They like big government and an overly strong executive but to a much lesser extent than those who divide people into three groups: themselves as rulers, dependents on the state and productive assets who are to be exploited.

It's definitely a step in the right direction but not within shouting distance of the Founders.

Many of us were very prosperous in "the last century"
W'd like to be again.
"Our leadership" is telling us this is a bad thing?

I am more a fan of Edmond Dantes. Gascons were too hot headed for my tastes.

Enacting stuff the FDR wanted to do is NOT last century? Talk about old ideas...
Teh Won hasn't had an original thought yet, and his 'prescription' for a healthy economy has proven to be more poison than elixir. Said prescription is LAST Century, dude. Wake up.

He was leading up to a really unsubtle association with the GOP and "black & white TV."

Another example of the tin ear and brass lips. If you hate America, the 21st Century has to be your favorite.
