He has put an enormous bureaucracy in place that can do most anything it wishes as long as Harry Reid runs the Senate and the Repubs can't stop it with neither legislation nor defunding cuts. The 2009 Dem budget stands with automatic 8% annual increases, including the $800 billion "one time" stimulus*spit* as long as Dingy strangles debate and voting.
This election, both for the Presidency and the Senate, is the biggest deal I've ever seen, and my first President was F. D. Roosevelt.

Don't that break a law they wrote sometime back requiring an actual budget? Can someone with standing bring suit? Ainta lawyer, but edicts with no chance of being enforced are farce. Is this? {I KNOW Congrefs is a farce right now...}
